Moire方法在力学中的应用近年来已有了很大的发展。可是在热应力领域,理论上虽早已断言Moire法是一种较理想的实验方法,但实际应用时由于种种困难而难以实现。多年来,许多科学工作者为Moire法在热应力实验中的应用进行了许多探讨,但工作一般都仃留在低温、或是高温静态的水干。本文作者采用反射Moire法,对GCr15钢在750℃淬火温度下其端面的热应力进行了动态实验分析。实验不仅为此方法在非定常高温度场和应力场中的应用提供了一些经验,同时也对金属圆柱体在高温淬火中的热应力场的变化过程和残余应力的形成给出了实测数据。
The application of Moire method in mechanics has been greatly developed in recent years. However, in the field of thermal stress, though Moire method has long been claimed to be a rather ideal experimental method in theory, it is difficult to be implemented in practical applications due to various difficulties. Over the years, many scientists have done much research into the application of the Moire method in thermal stress experiments, but generally work at low temperatures or at high temperatures and static water. The author uses the reflective Moire method to analyze the thermal stress of the GCr15 steel at the quenching temperature of 750 ℃. The experiment not only provides some experience for the application of this method in unsteady high temperature and stress fields, but also gives the measured data of the change process of thermal stress field and the formation of residual stress in high temperature quenching of metal cylinder.
