目的探讨蔗糖对七味白术散与酵母菌联用治疗菌群失调腹泻的疗效,明确蔗糖对七味白术散与酵母菌联用治疗菌群失调腹泻的影响,为临床治疗指导小儿服药尽可能取得最优药效。方法将SPF级昆明种小鼠48只随机分为4组,以无菌生理盐水作正常组,采用抗生素建立小鼠菌群失调腹泻模型,灌胃25%量超微七味白术散+25%量酵母组,25%量超微七味白术散+25%量酵母组+蔗糖组。结果七味白术散和酵母菌配伍加蔗糖组对小鼠的体重无影响;各组均能治疗小鼠菌群失调腹泻;对小鼠肠道的细菌数和大肠埃希菌数有明显的抑制作用;能促进双歧杆菌和乳酸菌的生长,作用不显著;在治疗肠道菌群失调小鼠的酶活性恢复上均有效,但七味白术散和酵母菌配伍加蔗糖组在一定程度上未能提高纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的酶活性,对小鼠腹泻的治疗效果不及七味白术散超微汤药。结论七味白术散制剂在临床用药时不加蔗糖更理想。

Methods Forty-eight SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups. Normal saline was used as the normal group. All the groups were able to treat the mice with dysbacteriosis and diarrhea, and significantly inhibited the number of bacteria and Escherichia coli in the intestinal tract of mice ; Can promote the growth of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria, the role of insignificant; in the treatment of intestinal flora dysfunction in mice are effective in the recovery of the recovery, but the yeast and yeast compatibility plus sugar group succulent to some extent failed to improve Cellulase and xylanase enzyme activity, the therapeutic effect of diarrhea in mice less than Ajisen Atractylodes superfine decoction. Conclusions Qiwei Baizhu Dispersant does not add sucrose in the clinical medication is more ideal.
