用免疫组织化学和免疫电镜方法:对精浆聚集素(seminalclusterin,SC)在大鼠睾丸生精上皮的分布进行研究。结果表明:SC主要存在于Sertoli细胞胞质内,以核上方胞质最为明显,基底部较少。在生精上皮Ⅰ~Ⅴ期,SC密布于Sertoli细胞内和穿插于各级生精细胞之间的胞质突起内。在Ⅵ~Ⅷ期的生精上皮,SC主要存在于Sertoli细胞顶部,密集包绕于即将释放的精子头部周围。在Ⅺ~ⅪⅤ期,SC存在于开始伸长变化的精子细胞头部周围的Sertoli胞质内。免疫电镜显示SC定位于Sertoli细胞的溶酶体内。上述结果表明:SC在Sertoli内始终与长形精子细胞头部的发育和变形相伴随,提示它可能与精子细胞的变态有关。
Immunohistochemistry and immunoelectron microscopy were used to study the distribution of seminalclusterin (SC) on the seminiferous epithelium of rat testes. The results showed that SC mainly existed in the cytoplasm of Sertoli cells, with the cytoplasm above the nucleus being the most obvious and the basal part less. In seminiferous epithelium stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ, SC is densely distributed in Sertoli cells and interspersed with cytoplasmic processes between germ cells at all levels. In the stage Ⅵ ~ Ⅷ germinal epithelium, SC mainly exists in the top of Sertoli cells, densely wrapped around the head of the sperm to be released. In stages XI-XIV, SC is present in the cytoplasm of Sertoli around the heads of spermatids that begin to change in elongation. Immunoelectron microscopy showed that SC is located in the lysosome of Sertoli cells. The above results show that SC is always associated with the development and deformation of spermatid head in Sertoli, suggesting that it may be related to the abnormality of spermatids.
