目的评价银花泌炎灵体外抗菌活性及与临床常用抗菌药物的体外联合作用。方法对来自全国18家医院近3年临床分离的285株菌进行了最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定,MIC测定用琼脂二倍稀释法,联合药敏测定采用棋盘法。结果银花泌炎灵对葡萄球菌和奇异变形杆菌具有较好的抗菌活性,MIC值在3.13~6.25 mg·m L-1。不论细菌是否产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)或是否为甲氧西林耐药株或是否为环丙沙星耐药株,银花泌炎灵均表现出同样的抗菌作用。联合药敏结果显示,银花泌炎灵与阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢呋辛以及左氧氟沙星联合对革兰阳性菌,特别是甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)有较好的协同作用。银花泌炎灵与头孢呋辛联合对粪肠球菌有协同作用,与阿莫西林/克拉维酸联合对大肠埃希菌表现出100%的相加作用。结论银花泌炎灵与β内酰胺类和喹诺酮类联合,对革兰阳性菌表现出一定的协同作用,对革兰阴性菌表现出一定的相加作用。
Objective To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of Yinhuayiyanling and its combined effect with the commonly used antibacterials in vitro. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 285 isolates clinically isolated from 18 hospitals in China in the last 3 years was determined by MIC method. Results Yinhuayiyanling had good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Proteus mirabilis, and the MIC value ranged from 3.13 to 6.25 mg · m L-1. No matter whether the bacteria produce ESBLs or methicillin resistant strains or ciprofloxacin resistant strains, Yinhuayinling Ling showed the same antibacterial effect. The results of combined susceptibility testing showed that combination of Yinhuayilinling with amoxicillin / clavulanic acid, cefuroxime and levofloxacin had a good effect on Gram-positive bacteria, especially methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) Synergy. Yinhuayinling and cefuroxime have a synergistic effect on Enterococcus faecalis, and the combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid shows 100% additive effect on Escherichia coli. Conclusion Yinhuayiyanling combined with β-lactams and quinolones showed a synergistic effect on Gram-positive bacteria, and showed additive effects on Gram-negative bacteria.
