针对江汉边远油田的原油物性及其外部条件,研制出一种新型高效的XSL-Ⅰ型三相分离器。并从强化分离元件、提高容积利用率入手,通过多次改变被分离介质的流向及流速的做法,采用新颖高效预分离头、异形蝶阀、蛇形板整流器、均质布液板、可调水堰套管及出油(水)阀等新技术,有效地提高了设备利用率及运行可靠性,使其在低温脱水时具有效率高、能耗低、操作管理方便、处理效果好等特点,深受使用单位的欢迎。现场检测结果表明,凝固点为28.5℃,粘度(50℃)为1.3MPa·s,含水为55%的原油经该分离器处理后可达到:出口原油含水≤0.2%,污水含油≤100mg/L,出口含盐≤120mg/L,气中含液≤0.05g/m3。
