为了加强对实验用犬的健康管理,笔者对外地采购来的家犬进行了寄生虫学调查。材料与方法 1986年下半年从甘肃静宁地区购回的家犬100多只,从中随机抽样50只,作了体内外寄生虫检查。年龄1/2～6岁,体重8～30公斤。编号,隔离饲养。从购入到检查不超过10天,收集其新鲜粪便,应用肉眼观察法、直接涂片法、饱和盐水漂浮法和清水沉淀法检查寄生虫。重点剖检心、肺、血管、肌肉、以及消化道,对检查到的寄生蠕虫和虫卵分别进行测量 In order to strengthen the health management of experimental dogs, the author conducted a survey of parasites on domestic dogs purchased from other places. Materials and Methods In the second half of 1986, more than 100 domestic dogs were purchased from Jingning, Gansu.
