卷取机是某厂2800轧机生产线上的重要设备,1986年4月以来,前后卷筒上带有钳口的弓形板先后多次断裂。本文针对弓形板结构复杂,难以准确地确定其受载情况,采用了预先给定边界单元不同位移的有限元计算方法。计算结果表明,弓形板断裂属疲劳破坏,这与对断口形状分析所得结论是完全一致的。另外,本文还提出了改进设计的建议。
Coiler is a plant 2800 mill production line of important equipment, since April 1986, before and after the drum with a jaw plate has repeatedly broken. In this paper, aiming at the complex structure of arched plate, it is difficult to accurately determine its loading condition, and the finite element method which gives different displacement of the boundary element is used. The calculation results show that the fracture of the arch plate belongs to the fatigue failure, which is completely consistent with the conclusion of the fracture shape analysis. In addition, this article also put forward suggestions to improve the design.
