作者同步观察了维那利酮对离体家兔心室乳头肌动作电位、乳头肌张力的影响,并对两者变化加以分析。实验结果显示维那利酮使离体家兔心室乳头肌最大张力、张力最大变化速率和动作电位时程(APT)显著增加;对乳头肌细胞静息电位(RP)、动作电位振幅(APA)、0期去极最大速度(V_(max))均无明显作用。同时,APT延长与最大张力增加经统计学衡量呈正相关关系,提示两者变化属同一机理,可能都与钙内流增加有关。
The authors observed simultaneously the effects of cananaline on the action potentials and papillary muscle tone of isolated ventricular papillary muscles, and analyzed the changes of both. The results showed that the maximum tension, the maximum rate of change of tension and the action potential duration (APT) of ventricular papillary muscles were significantly increased in the isolated rabbit hearts. The effects of venlafaxine on resting potential (RP), action potential amplitude (APA) , 0 to the maximum velocity (V_ (max)) had no significant effect. At the same time, there was a positive correlation between prolongation of APT and increase of maximum tension measured by statistics, suggesting that the changes of the two belong to the same mechanism and may all be related to the increase of calcium influx.
