二十世纪八十年代初,中国科协第二次全国代表大会后,科协与自然科学学会的组织与工作,在全国有很大发展,为与这个发展形势相适应,推进对科协学会活动的研究与交流,各省市科协学会部在1982年郑州全国地方学会组织工作会议上,一致要求由福建省科协主办、各省市科协协办—个研究学会工作的刊物。在全国各省市区科协的支持和推动下,福建省科协于1983年创办学会杂志,编辑部设在福州市。学会杂志创办以来,得到全国各级学会与科协工作者的欢迎,同时引起中国科协的重视。1992年由中国科协学会部提议,经国家科委、国家出版总署批准,学会杂志变更为由中国科协学会部与福建省科协合办,为双月刊。1994年,学会杂志由双月刊改为月刊。学会杂志社实行编委会领导下的编辑部负责制。学会杂志曾入选“国家中文核心刊物”;1996入编”中国学术期刊光盘版”、“中国学术期刊综合评价数据库来源期刊”;1999年加入中国期刊网,2000年经国家新闻出版总署和中宣部评为双效期刊,列入中国期刊方阵。为社团理论研究与实务服务的出版工作学会杂志作为中国唯一的以民间组织,特别是学术团体为主的组织理论建设与发展规律性为研究对象与内容,兼容学术交流与社团工作指导的综合性公开刊物,得到学界与社团界的高度重视。学会杂志的读者与作者大多为社团工作者,通过这个理论平台,结合社团实际工作,探讨国内外社团的经验与规律,以指导他们的工作。进入2000年以来,学会杂志引起全国NGO研究学者的重视,学会杂志已成为学界特别是NGO理论研究学者与基层社团交流与互动的主渠道。学会杂志大量提供反映全国性自然科学学会与全国地方科协学会组织工作与各省级学会自然科学工作的案例,为NGO理论工作者提供了丰富的资源;近年来学会杂志加强学术编辑力量,重视联系与发挥全国各大专院校NGO研究学者的研究力量,发表了大量NGO理论研究论文,为地方社团与基层学术团体的工作提供理论指导。
In the early 1980s, after the Second National Congress of China Association for Science and Technology, the organization and work of the Association for Science and Technology and the Society for Natural Science have greatly developed throughout the country. The Journal of the Institute provides a large number of cases that reflect the organization of the National Natural Science Association and the National Association of Local Scientific Societies and the natural science work of the provincial societies and provide rich resources for NGO theorists. In recent years, they have learned that magazines strengthen the power of academic editors and attach importance to Contact and give full play to the research capacity of NGO researchers in all tertiary institutions in China, and have published a large number of NGO theoretical research papers, providing theoretical guidance for the work of local and grassroots academic groups.
