本文介绍了T_4的竞争性蛋白结合分析法的沉淀法并与传统测定上清的方法比较,证明此法操作步骤简单,与标准T_4含量的线性关系更明显,重复性好。 In this paper, the precipitation of T_4 by competitive protein binding assay was compared with the traditional method of determination of supernatant. The results showed that this method has the advantages of simple operation procedure, more obvious linear relationship with standard T_4 content and good repeatability.
