在20世纪90年代已经到来,面临21世纪的今天,学前教育已得到了飞速的发展。它不仅表现在接受学前教育的人数大幅度的增加,而且在质量方面也有了明显的提高;学前教育理论的多元化、研究工作的科学化、研究手段的现代化都足以证明这一事实。同时,数十年的教育实践,还充分地表明了学前教育对婴幼儿发展,的确具有明显的短期和长期效果。对此,已在80年代,尤其在1989年的国际儿童年十周年之际,世界各国召开的幼儿教育国际会议上已作了充分的论证和交流。目前,幼教工作者们正满怀希望地迎接90年代在学前教育领域中所提出的种种问题的挑战。
In the 20th century, 90’s has come, facing the 21st century, pre-school education has been rapid development. It shows not only a substantial increase in the number of pre-school education, but also a marked improvement in quality. The diversification of pre-school education theories, the scientificization of research work and the modernization of research methods all prove this fact. At the same time, decades of educational practice have fully demonstrated that pre-school education has clear short-term and long-term effects on infant and child development. To this end, it has been fully demonstrated and exchanged at the International Conference on Early Childhood Education held in various countries in the world in the 1980s, especially the tenth anniversary of the International Year of Children in 1989. At present, kindergarten workers are gratifyingly meeting the challenges posed by the various issues raised in the field of pre-primary education in the 1990s.
