用形态学的方法观察了针刺对大鼠若干器官时间形态学的影响。并用ACTH_(1-17)和针刺效果进行了比较。结果为:大鼠的肾上腺皮质维生素 C 含量、肾远曲小管上皮细胞内高尔基复合体、肝糖原、肝双核细胞及睾丸的生精过程等均有近似昼夜节律。针刺后,肝糖原、肾上腺皮质维生素 C 含量及肝双核细胞的近似昼夜节律均消失,而肾远曲小管上皮细胞的高尔基复合体及生精过程仍有近似昼夜节律存在。ACTH 组与针刺组比较,除肾上腺皮质维生素 C 含量的节律均消失外,其余指标的结果相异,说明针刺与ACTH_(1-17)的作用机理是不相同的。
Morphological methods were used to observe the effects of acupuncture on the time morphology of several organs in rats. ACTH_(1-17) was compared with the effect of acupuncture. The results showed that vitamin C content in rat adrenal cortex, Golgi complex in kidney distal tubule epithelial cells, hepatic glycogen, hepatic binucleated cells, and spermatogenesis of testis all had similar circadian rhythms. After acupuncture, the glycogen content in liver glycogen, adrenal cortex, and the approximate circadian rhythm of hepatobiliary cells disappeared. However, the Golgi complex and spermatogenesis of renal distal tubule epithelial cells still had similar circadian rhythms. In the ACTH group and the acupuncture group, the rhythm of vitamin C content in the adrenal cortex disappeared, and the results of other indicators were different, indicating that the mechanism of action of acupuncture and ACTH_(1-17) is not the same.
