冬凌草为唇形科香茶菜属植物,经临床和药理研究表明其具有一定抗肿瘤作用。进一步的化学研究指出冬凌草具有一系列萜类化合物,其中冬凌草甲素为—含量较高的二萜成分,经药理实验证明,冬凌草甲素对多种移植性动物肿瘤具有抗肿瘤活性,为冬凌草的有效成分之一。为进一步了解冬凌草的体内代谢特点,给临床提供资料,我们研究了~3H—冬凌草甲素在小鼠体内的吸收,分布和排泄。
Oridonin is a plant of the genus Lilium in the Labiatae family. It has been proved by clinical and pharmacological studies that it has certain anti-tumor effects. Further chemical studies indicate that rubescens has a series of anthraquinone compounds, of which Rubescensine A is a higher content diterpene component. Pharmacological experiments have shown that Rubescensine A is resistant to various transplantable animal tumors. Tumor activity is one of the effective components of rubescens. In order to further understand the in vivo metabolism characteristics of Rabdosia rubescens and provide clinical data, we studied the absorption, distribution and excretion of ~3H-oridonin in mice.
