杭氧2015年度团委工作报告中指出,新常态下团的建设指导工作要精准发力,开展多形式团干培训,抓准团务工作定位。对于培训,我有了新的认识。首先,培训工作的定位要准确。杭氧大部分团干都是兼职,其本职工作自然得放在第一位。如果仅依靠团委的力量来提高团干的业务水平和能力,这稍许还有些困难。因此,我认为我们可以换一种方式来思考这个问题。一方面,可以通过杭氧团校、科技大讲堂等来提起员工对业务知识的兴趣,激发员工自学的欲望。另一方面,当然还是要靠员工自身不断地学习,这才是获得知识的最佳途径。那如何改变这种培训的方式呢?也许我们可以借鉴
