在我国4年制高职本科授予学位,是大家都认同的观点。但是授予何种学位,和普通高等教育一同授予科学型学位,显然违背了普通高等教育和高等职业教育在本质属性上的差异。授予专业学位?既没有体现职业的特色,也混淆了专业教育和职业教育。笔者通过本质的必然和人才——知识——教育——学位一一对应的理论依据,以及缺失的使然和已授予“技术学士学位”的英国、美国、台湾以及加拿大等国家和地区的实践基础,得出结论:在我国高职本科设置“技术学士学位”对提高我国职业教育的质量和完善我国的学位体系有很大的益处。
In our 4-year vocational college degree, is a consensus that we all agree. However, what kind of degree is granted and the award of a scientific degree with general higher education apparently runs counter to the essential differences in the nature of higher education and higher vocational education. To grant a professional degree neither embodies the characteristics of occupation, but also confuses the professional education and vocational education. The author adopts the essential inevitability and the theoretical basis of talent-knowledge-education-degree-one correspondence, as well as the missing countries and regions such as Britain, the United States, Taiwan and Canada who have granted “Bachelor of Technology” Based on practice, it is concluded that setting “bachelor degree in technology” in higher vocational college has great benefits for improving the quality of our vocational education and improving the degree system in our country.
