建国以来,我国水利水电地质勘测工作取得了很大成绩,但也存在一些问题,特别是工作量大,周期长,以及各专业间相互渗透、联系不够的问题。本文作者认为,这主要是由于工程地质勘测工作中存在一系列不协调造成的,为此,他建议采用一套新的称为系统工程地质的方法,试图来解决上述问题。该方法以建立能反映实际地质体的数学模型为主导,溶地质、勘测、试验、分析于一体,不失为一种新的尝试。为探索这一方法,作者进行了大量工作,本文只对这一方法作一扼要介绍。希望能引起读者的注意和讨论,共同研究水利水电工程地质勘测工作的改革方向。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, great achievements have been made in geological survey of water conservancy and hydropower in our country, but there are also some problems, especially the problems of heavy workload, long cycle, and mutual infiltration and lack of connection among various professions. According to the author, this is mainly due to a series of incongruities in the engineering geological survey work. To this end, he proposed to adopt a new set of methods called systematic engineering geology to try to solve the above problems. The method takes the establishment of a mathematical model that can reflect the actual geological body, and takes dissolved geology, survey, test and analysis into one, which is a new attempt. To explore this method, the author has done a lot of work, this article only a brief introduction of this method. I hope to arouse the reader’s attention and discussion, to jointly study the direction of reform of hydroelectric engineering geological survey work.
