吃粗粮的好处虽已深入人心,但不少人仍难将其融入一日三餐。5月14日,2017“全民营养周”启动,中国营养学会公布了中国十大好谷物名单:全麦粉、糙米、燕麦米/片、小米、玉米、高粱米、青稞、荞麦、薏米、藜麦。我们平时说的粗粮不仅包含这些谷物,也包含淀粉豆类等。本期邀请权威专家为大家介绍各种粗粮的优势及新吃法。
Although the benefits of eating coarse grains have enjoyed popular support, many people still find it hard to integrate them into their meals. On May 14, 2017, “National Nutrition Week” started. The Chinese Nutrition Society released the list of China’s top ten fine grains: whole wheat flour, brown rice, oatmeal / flake, millet, corn, sorghum rice, barley, buckwheat, barley, wheat.
