[目的]筛选有效抑制油梨溃疡病菌的杀菌剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定了8种杀菌剂对油梨溃疡病的抑菌作用。[结果]对油梨溃疡病菌的毒力最强的是45%咪鲜胺EW,其EC50为0.0274 mg/L;其次是40%氟硅唑EC和10%苯醚甲环唑WDG,其EC50分别为0.1031 mg/L和0.1361 mg/L;40%丙环唑ME的EC50为0.2577 mg/L,其抑菌作用也较强;30%醚菌酯与43%戊唑醇SC的EC50分别为3.3386 mg/L和3.3692 mg/L,其抑菌作用较差;25%烯唑醇EC及25%三唑酮WP的抑菌作用最差,其EC50分别为13.5509 mg/L、24.8385 mg/L。[结论]45%咪鲜胺EW、40%氟硅唑EC、10%苯醚甲环唑WDG、40%丙环唑ME、30%醚菌酯SC、43%戊唑醇SC对油梨溃疡病菌的生长有一定的抑制作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen the fungicide which can effectively inhibit the pecan ulcer bacteria. [Method] The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the bacteriostasis of 8 fungicides on pecan ulcer disease. [Result] 45% prochloraz EW with the highest EC50 of 0.0274 mg / L was obtained. [Results] The highest virulence of 45% prochloraz EW was followed by 40% flusilazole EC and 10% difenoconazole WDG with EC50 Respectively, 0.1031 mg / L and 0.1361 mg / L respectively. The EC50 of 40% propiconazole ME was 0.2577 mg / L, and its antibacterial activity was stronger. The EC50 of 30% ketoconazole and 43% tebuconazole SC were 3.3386 mg / L and 3.3692 mg / L, respectively. The antibacterial activities of 25% Diniconazole EC and 25% Triadimefon WP were the worst. The EC50 values were 13.5509 mg / L and 24.8385 mg / L, respectively . [Conclusion] 45% prochloraz EW, 40% flusilazole EC, 10% difenoconazole WDG, 40% propiconazole ME, 30% The growth of bacteria have a certain inhibitory effect.
