一氧化碳中毒后迟发性神经系统续发症是病人从急性中毒昏迷中恢复,经过数天到数周表现正常或接近正常的间歇期,而后又出现神经系统症状。本症在二十世纪早期就有记载,但至今尚未引起临床工作者足够的重视。现将我院在1982-1984年收治的五例分析如下: 一、一般资料:5例均为男性。年令各为20岁、32岁、37岁、59岁及62岁。均为煤炉取暖所致。昏迷时间分别为96小时,48小时,12小时,48小时及17小时。(时间均以发现病人昏迷至苏醒时计算),间歇期分别为4天、7天、14天、23天及20天。二、症状和体征:症状多急起,一般
