[目的]探讨赣榆县肝癌有关危险因素及保护因素。[方法]对新发肝癌病例及其健康对照者开展相关因素调查,应用非条件Logistic回归对相关危险和保护因素进行分析。[结果]肝癌的主要危险因素是住地有污染(OR=1.73),炒菜油很热(OR=1.03),进食热烫(OR=1.41),粮食有霉变可能(OR=1.79),吸烟部位深(OR=1.45)、家庭成员吸烟(OR=1.55),经常饮酒(OR=1.16),性格抑郁(OR=1.78),有肝炎患病史(OR=3.31),有癌症家族史(OR=2.54);主要保护因素为粮食存放一段时间再食用(OR=0.96)。[结论]本次研究所发现的有关结果可以为赣榆县肝癌的防治工作提供参考。
[Objective] To explore the related risk factors and protective factors of liver cancer in Ganyu County. [Method] The related factors were investigated in newly diagnosed cases of HCC and their healthy control subjects. Non-conditional Logistic regression was used to analyze the related risks and protective factors. [Result] The main risk factors of HCC were contaminated land (OR = 1.73), hot cooking oil (OR = 1.03), hot blanching (OR = 1.41), mildew of foodstuffs (OR = 1.79) (OR = 1.45), family members smoking (OR = 1.55), regular drinking (OR = 1.16), depressed personality (OR = 1.78), history of hepatitis (OR = 3.31), family history of cancer (OR = 2.54). The main protective factors were re-consumed for a period of time (OR = 0.96). [Conclusion] The findings of this study can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer in Ganyu County.
