研究已证明碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)能明显地刺激体外培养的人牙髓细胞(hDPCs)增殖,有剂量依赖性[1]。同时还可能参与牙齿的发育及修复性牙本质的形成[2]。本实验通过研究不同浓度bFGF对体外培养的人牙髓细胞合成Delta蛋白的影响。
Studies have shown that basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) can significantly stimulate the proliferation of cultured human dental pulp cells (hDPCs) in a dose-dependent manner [1]. It may also participate in the development of teeth and the formation of reparative dentin [2]. This experiment through the study of different concentrations of bFGF on human dental pulp cells in vitro synthesis of Delta protein.
