澳门经济发展的内部环境十分特殊:资源缺、人口多、地狭水浅、海空窄。现阶段澳门经齐的四大支柱是出口加工业、旅游博彩业、银行保险业和房地产建筑业,这四大产业的生产总值占澳门本地生产总值的80％以上。 提起澳门,大多数人首先会想到的就是博彩业。澳门被称为“东方的蒙特卡罗”,兴旺的博彩业是由其特殊的地理位置和历史原因形成的。目前澳门本地生产总值的三成、政府财政收入的五成来自博彩业。
The internal environment of Macao’s economic development is very special: lack of resources, large population, shallow terrain and shallow sea and sky. At the present stage, the four pillars of MPS are export processing, tourism and gaming, banking insurance and real estate construction. These four major industries account for more than 80% of Macao’s GDP. In Macau, most people first think of the gambling industry. Macau is known as the “Monte Carlo of the East,” and the booming gambling industry is shaped by its special geographical location and historical reasons. At present, 30% of Macao’s GDP and 50% of the government’s revenue come from the gaming industry.
