我国政府把通过远程教育方式提高基础教育和师范教育确定为西部开发战略的一项战略重点,也作为一项面向偏远地区的重要任务。在西部不发达地区实施远程教育的主要手段是通过卫星接收系统接收中央电教馆开发的卫星数字教学资源(IP教学资源)并应用于教学和教师培训。本文在文献调研和实地调查(新疆阿勒泰市的5所中小学)的基础上,就IP教学资源在西部不发达地区中小学应用的现状和相关问题作了一些探讨,并提出了相应的对策。
My government has identified the promotion of basic education and teacher education through distance education as a strategic focus of the strategy for the development of the western region and as an important task for remote areas. The primary means of implementing distance education in the underdeveloped western regions is to receive satellite digital teaching resources (IP teaching resources) developed by the Central Ecumenical Center through satellite receiving systems and to apply them to teaching and teacher training. On the basis of literature research and field investigation (5 primary and secondary schools in Altay, Xinjiang), this paper makes some discussions on the present situation and related problems of IP teaching resources in primary and middle schools in underdeveloped western areas and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
