为解决能耗高的火电机组面临的启停频繁、运行位置差等问题,研究了火电站与抽水蓄能电站联合运行的模型。模型中火电站通过认购抽水蓄能电站的抽水电量提高机组发电量,避免机组的频繁启停。同时,对机组联合运行的成本收益进行了分析。结果表明,火蓄联合运行不仅能够避免机组频繁启停,提高机组的负荷率,降低煤耗,节约成本,同时也有利于其在电网中更好地发挥静动态效益。
In order to solve the problems such as frequent start-stop and poor operation position of thermal power units with high energy consumption, the model of combined operation of thermal power station and pumped storage power station is studied. In the model, the thermal power plant can increase the generating capacity of the unit by subscribing the pumped storage power of the pumped storage power station, thus avoiding the frequent start and stop of the unit. At the same time, the cost benefit of unit operation is analyzed. The results show that the combined operation of fire storage and storage can not only avoid frequent start and stop of units, increase unit load rate, reduce coal consumption and save costs, but also help them to exert more static and dynamic benefits in the power grid.
