对两用核不育系“培矮64S”冷水灌溉繁殖中的几个关键技术进行了试验研究。结果表明:从主穗幼穗分化第4期兼顾大部分分蘖穗第3期开始进行冷水灌溉可获得高产,出水口水温以22℃最佳,“920”养花处理较对照明显增产。
Several key technologies in dual-genic male sterile line “Pei’ai 64S” for cold water irrigation were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature was obtained at the temperature of 22 ℃ and the treatment of “920” from the spikelet spike stage 3 and the third tillering spike spike irrigation.
