一、前言用钢铁作为框架和基体的水闸,长年浸泡于河水、海水中,受电解质的侵蚀,易锈蚀、开裂甚至断裂。为延缓其腐蚀过程,工程技术人员常在水闸基体的表面热喷涂一层锌,利用锌的阳极特性,保护基体铁免受破坏。若能在不影响锌与铁的结合性能以及有机涂料与锌的粘合性能的前提下,通过合金化改变锌的成份,以提高其耐蚀性,将会延长水闸的使用寿命。

In order to delay its corrosion process, engineers and technicians often thermal spray a layer of zinc on the surface of the sluice substrate, and utilize the anode characteristics of zinc to protect the substrate from damage. If the combination of zinc and iron can not affect the performance and the adhesion of organic coatings and zinc on the premise of alloying by changing the composition of zinc to improve its corrosion resistance, will extend the service life of the sluice.
