目的 探讨人工机械通气在救治危重症哮喘中的作用。方法 对 14例危重症哮喘患者在常规治疗无效情况下进行人工机械通气治疗。结果 14例患者均在 2 4h内明显缓解 ,缺O2 伴CO2 潴留迅速改善 ,6d之内全部撤机 ,2 0d之内全部缓解出院。结论 人工机械通气是救治危重症哮喘唯一有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the role of artificial ventilation in the treatment of critically ill asthma. Methods 14 cases of critically ill asthma patients undergoing routine mechanical ventilation were treated with artificial ventilation. Results All 14 patients were relieved within 24 hours. The lack of O2 with CO2 retention improved rapidly. All patients were weaned within 6 days and were relieved within 20 days. Conclusion Artificial ventilation is the only effective way to treat critically ill asthma.
