目的探讨肿瘤转移相关基因1(Mta-1)在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床病理相关性。方法收集手术切除结肠癌标本及癌旁正常结肠粘膜组织各75例,应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测结肠癌标本及癌旁正常结肠粘膜组织中Mta-1蛋白的表达。结果结肠癌和正常结肠粘膜组织中Mta-1的阳性表达率分别为65.33%(49/75)、5.33%(4/75),前者阳性表达率高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在结肠癌组织中,Mta-1的阳性表达与Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、浸润程度以及远处转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、组织类型及组织分化无关(P>0.05)。结论 Mta-1蛋白在结肠癌组织中呈高表达,其高表达与结肠癌的浸润和转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Mta-1 and its clinicopathological significance in colon cancer. Methods Colorectal cancer specimens and para-normal mucosa adjacent to the tumor were collected in 75 cases. The expression of Mta-1 protein in colorectal cancer tissues and normal mucosa tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry Envision method. Results The positive expression rates of Mta-1 in colon cancer and normal colorectal mucosa were 65.33% (49/75) and 5.33% (4/75), respectively. The positive expression rate of Mta-1 in the former was higher than the latter (P <0.05). In colon cancer tissues, the positive expression of Mta-1 was closely related to Dukes stage, lymph node metastasis, infiltration degree and distant metastasis (P <0.05), but not with age, sex, tumor size, tissue type and tissue differentiation > 0.05). Conclusion Mta-1 protein is highly expressed in colon cancer tissues, and its high expression is closely related to invasion and metastasis of colon cancer.
