【目的】建立广藿香中广藿香酮的高效液相色谱测定法。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法对11批广霍香药材进行广藿香酮含量测定分析。色谱柱为Alltech C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈—体积分数0.4%磷酸溶液(体积比为75∶25);检测波长:310 nm;流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:30℃。【结果】广藿香酮在25~300 ng范围内呈良好线性关系,r=1.0000,平均回收率为100.22%,sR=1.23%(N=6);11批样品中广藿香酮含量在1.351 5~5.713 5 mg/g范围内。【结论】本研究建立的方法简便快速、准确可靠,可用于广藿香含量测定和质量监控。
【Objective】 To establish a HPLC method for the determination of patchouli patchouli. 【Method】 The determination of patchoulenone in 11 batches of Radix Paeoniae Rubra with high performance liquid chromatography was carried out. The column was Alltech C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (volume ratio 75:25), the detection wavelength was 310 nm, the flow rate was 0.8 mL / min, Column temperature: 30 ℃. 【Result】 The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between patchoulenone in the range of 25 ~ 300 ng, r = 1.0000, the average recovery was 100.22% and sR = 1.23% (N = 6) 1.351 5 ~ 5.713 5 mg / g range. 【Conclusion】 The method established in this study is simple and rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for determination of patchouli and quality control.
