盐酸多滤平片的含量测定曾有资料报导采用滴定法,以二甲基黄一亚果兰混合液为指示剂,用磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯滴定。被测物于水——氯仿的混合液中,终点不易掌握,且试剂来源困难。根据本品在紫外光谱具有吸收的特点,本文采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸多滤平片的含量,结果较为满意。 一、仪器和试剂 日本岛津UV-240型分光光度计; 盐酸多滤平原料(万荣药厂提供); 乙醇,分析纯,天津化学试剂二厂生产。 二、实验条件 1.吸收光谱的绘制
