一、概述液膜的稳定性是液膜能否工业化的关键性问题之一。因而,在液膜的研究工作中,使液膜具有适宜的稳定性并不是一个小问题。影响液膜稳定性的因素很多,诸如粘度、温度、乳状液颗粒大小,液膜厚度,表面活性剂的种类,液膜弹性的大小等等。研究这些因素,对液膜的制备,提取分离,破乳等都有实际的指导意义。就所查阅的文献中,对油色水型乳状液粘度的变化规律,尤其是对相体积比较大时,粘度数值记载不多,我们做了某些条件下粘度的变化规律,并对所得结果进行分析说明。

In the literature reviewed, the viscosity of the oil-in-water emulsion changes, especially when the phase volume is relatively large, the value of the viscosity is not much documented. We do some changes in the viscosity under certain conditions, Analysis and explanation.
