目的利用包合技术改进依达拉奉理化性质,为研制新型制剂提供依据。方法光谱法测定依达拉奉-环糊精包合常数,研磨法和溶液法制备包合物;热分析(DTA和TGA)及谱学分析(1H-NMR和XRD)验证包合物;光度法测定依达拉奉含量并考察其稳定性。结果依达拉奉与环糊精可形成稳定包合物(包合常数Ka为146~4 285 L.mol-1),包合技术能增加依达拉奉溶解度,提高稳定性。结论环糊精能显著改善依达拉奉理化性质,依达拉奉包合技术具有应用价值。
Objective To improve the physical and chemical properties of edaravone by inclusion technique and provide the basis for the development of new preparations. Methods The inclusion compound of edaravone-cyclodextrin was determined by spectrophotometry. The inclusion complex was prepared by grinding method and solution method. The inclusion complex was confirmed by thermal analysis (DTA) and TGA and spectroscopic analysis (1H-NMR and XRD) Determination of edaravone content and its stability. Results Edaravone and cyclodextrin can form stable inclusion complexes (inclusion complex constant Ka = 146-4485 L. mol-1). Inclusion technique can increase the solubility of edaravone and improve the stability. Conclusion cyclodextrins can significantly improve the physical and chemical properties of edaravone, edaravone inclusion technology has application value.
