事业单位工作人员绩效管理促进了事业单位工作人员的工作积极性和工作效率的提高,是事业单位人力资源管理的重要组成部分。事业单位应当从三个方面进行工作人员绩效管理:绩效管理的前提,建立科学的绩效管理制度;绩效管理的主体,明确岗位职责;绩效管理的关键,建立有效的绩效考核。
The performance management of staff in public institutions has promoted the enthusiasm of the personnel in public institutions and the improvement of work efficiency, and is an important part of the human resources management in public institutions. Institutions should carry out staff performance management from three aspects: the premise of performance management, the establishment of a scientific performance management system; the main body of performance management, a clear job responsibilities; the key to performance management and the establishment of an effective performance appraisal.
