分析400 G光传输技术发展背景;通过香农定律,分析了影响400 G系统传输性能的主要因素;通过波动理论和射线理论,分析了低损耗单模光纤实现的技术途径,设计并研制了适合高速光传输的新型单模光纤;通过软件仿真构建了四载波,双载波和单载波三种400 G系统,验证了400 G系统的应用方案的优缺点和可行性。400G系统采用新型光纤和双载波,对Q因子、误码率和传输距离等传输性能进行仿真验证。结果表明,新型光纤和双载波的400 G系统能很好增加输入光功率、改善非线性效应和提升传输距离。
Analyze the main factors which influence the transmission performance of 400 G system by Shannon’s law. Analyze the technical approach of low loss single-mode optical fiber by wave theory and ray theory, Optical fiber. A four-carrier, two-carrier and single-carrier 400 G system was constructed by software simulation. The advantages and disadvantages of the 400 G system were verified. 400G system uses a new type of optical fiber and dual carrier, the Q factor, bit error rate and transmission distance transmission performance simulation. The results show that the new optical fiber and dual-carrier 400 G system can well increase the input optical power, improve the nonlinear effect and improve the transmission distance.
