对直升机旋翼复合材料结构的特点、旋翼结构损伤容限设计特点和要求进行了介绍;根据国内旋翼结构设计的工作经验,总结了旋翼复合材料结构损伤容限设计的主要研究内容;给出了旋翼损伤确定方法、损伤与旋翼动态特性之间的耦合分析、各类损伤量临界值的确定方法等关键技术。结果表明:深入开展直升机旋翼复合材料结构损伤容限分析与设计技术的研究,对提高直升机旋翼的使用寿命、直升机的飞行品质和飞行安全具有极其重要的意义。
The characteristics of helicopter rotor composite structure and the design features and requirements of damage tolerance of rotor structure are introduced. According to the working experience of rotor structure design in China, the main research contents of damage tolerance design of rotor composite structure are summarized. Damage determination method, the coupling between damage and rotor dynamic characteristics, and the determination of various damage thresholds. The results show that it is very important to study the damage tolerance analysis and design technology of helicopter rotor composite structure in depth. It is of great significance to improve the service life of helicopter rotor, flight quality of helicopter and flight safety.
