1.细长轴的特点所谓细长轴就是轴的长度L与直径d之比大于25的细长工件。细长工件之所以难车,主要是由于它刚性差,在切削力和切削热的作用下,细长轴很容易产生弯曲变形,这样就破坏了刀具和零件相对运动的准确性。
