目的了解铁路机车乘务员驾驶适应性现况,探讨影响机车乘务员驾驶适应性的可能原因。方法采用整群抽样的方法选取兰州铁路局某机务段机车乘务员953人(均为男性)作为调查对象,通过职业健康检查测得他们的某些生理/心理作指标来反映其驾驶适应性。结果该局机车乘务员复杂反应误反应次数指标的异常率最高,为9.80%,动视力、夜视力、深视力、操纵机能误操作次数的异常率均小于2%;不同年龄、文化程度、工龄、是否有饮酒史的机车乘务员视听驾驶适应性可能有一定影响(P<0.05)。结论兰州铁路局机车乘务员的驾驶适应性整体状况较好;复杂反应误反应次数指标异常率值得关注。
Objective To understand the current status of driver adaptability of railway locomotives and to explore the possible reasons that affect the suitability of locomotive flight attendants. Methods A total of 953 locomotive flight attendants in Lanzhou Railway Administration Bureau were enrolled in this study. All of them were male, and some of their physiological / psychological indicators were measured by occupational health examination to reflect their driving adaptability. Results The abnormal rate of accidental reaction times of locomotive crew was 9.80%. The abnormal rates of dynamic visual acuity, night vision, deep visual acuity and manipulative function misoperation were both less than 2%. Different age, educational level, length of service, There may be some impact on audiovisual driving adaptability of locomotive drivers with drinking history (P <0.05). Conclusion Lanzhou Railway Bureau locomotive flight attendants better overall driving adaptability; complexity of the number of false reaction index anomalies deserve attention.
