For the low grade slag with less than 57% iron grade, poor physical and chemical properties and sintering performance, coarse and fine grade slag was blended in the mixed ore to make the sintered cup test at a ratio of 29%. The results show that the proportion of fine-grained ore is 20% ~ 26%, and the increase of coarse-grained B-powder and the reduction of C-powder are helpful to improve the sinter performance index. Based on the research result of using this low-grade ore, the scheme of low-grade ore proportioning with 35% and 41% respectively is designed. The sintering index is reasonable and stable. The low-grade ore proportion is 35% In other schemes, the drum index increased by 2.49% on average and the coal consumption decreased by 2.22kg / t, compared with the scheme with the ratio of 29%. The acicular calcium ferrite increased obviously in the phase structure of sinter and the pore size became smaller and distributed Dispersion, low temperature reduction pulverization rate decreased by 7.24% on average, soft melting range decreased by 18 ℃.
