《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称2011年版)是在对以往数学课程改革实践进行调查研究的基础上,对2001年颁布的《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称实验稿)进行修改、完善而形成的,为新时期进一步深化数学基础教育改革,全面贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010~2020年)》指明了方向。限于篇幅,本文仅就几个突出的问题做一比较,分析小学数学课程标准演变中对小学数学教育真谛的探寻。
“Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard (2011 Edition)” (hereinafter referred to as the 2011 edition) is based on the previous math curriculum reform and practice of research on the basis of the 2001 promulgated the “full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards (experimental draft)” (Hereinafter referred to as the experimental draft) to be revised and perfected to form the direction for further deepening the reform of basic mathematics education in the new era and comprehensively implementing the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020). Due to space limitations, this article only makes a comparison of several outstanding issues, and analyzes the exploration of the essence of elementary mathematics education in the evolution of elementary mathematics curriculum standards.
