目的 :探讨老年男性骨密度 (BMD)与胰岛素样生长因子 - I(IGF- I)及性激素水平的关系。方法 :采用双能 X线骨密度仪测定老年男性骨密度 ,将研究对象分为骨质疏松组 (OP) 33例及非骨质疏松组 (NOP) 30例 ,分别测定他们的血 IGF- I及雌二醇 (E2 )、血睾酮 (T)水平 ,并将结果进行统计分析。结果 :老年男性 IGF- I、T水平在骨质疏松组明显降低 ,与非骨质疏松组相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。IGF- I与 L2 、L3椎体 BMD呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;T与 L2~ 4 椎体、Ward’s区骨密度呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;IGF- I与 T呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :老年男性骨质疏松的发生与 IGF- I、T水平下降有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between bone mineral density (BMD), insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and sex hormones in elderly men. Methods: Bone mineral density (BMD) in elderly men was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. The subjects were divided into osteoporosis group (OP) 33 and non-osteoporosis group (NOP) 30 and their blood IGF- And estradiol (E2), blood testosterone (T) levels, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The levels of IGF-I and T in elderly men were significantly lower in osteoporosis group than in non-osteoporosis group (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between IGF-I and BMD of L2 and L3 vertebra (P <0.05); T was positively correlated with BMD of L2 ~ 4 vertebra and Ward’s area (P <0.05); IGF- Related (P <0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of osteoporosis in elderly men is related to the decrease of IGF-I and T levels.
