针对中亚天然气管道焊接工艺评定和焊工认证过程中遇到的问题,从焊接工艺评定原则、力学性能试验类型及其焊工考核认证等方面比较了API 1104与СНиП标准的不同之处。通过相关要点类比分析,提出了适用于中亚天然气管道建设焊接工艺评定及焊工考核程序文件编制原则:以API 1104和СНиП标准为基础,兼顾中哈两国管道建设现状,通过总承包方编制程序文件报业主方审批,业主认可后方可实施的原则,有效解决了我国在中亚地区管道工程焊接工艺评定和焊工考核认证工作因标准差异带来的难题。
In view of the problems encountered in the welding process qualification and welder certification process of Central Asia natural gas pipeline, the differences between API 1104 and СНиП standard are compared with the assessment principles of welding technology, the types of mechanical performance tests and their welder certification. Based on the analogy analysis of the relevant points, the paper puts forward the principle of preparation of welding procedure qualification and welder inspection procedure file for the construction of gas pipeline in Central Asia: based on API 1104 and СНиП standard, taking into account the current status of pipeline construction in China and Kazakhstan, Documents submitted to the owner for approval, the owner approved before the implementation of the principle of an effective solution to our country in Central Asia pipeline welding process assessment and welder examination and certification work due to differences in standards problems.
