Objective To observe the effect of Salvianolic acid B for injection on the hemodynamics of anesthetized dogs. Methods Anaesthetized open-chest dogs were administered intravenously with 0.8, 1.6, and 3.2.0 mg·kg-1 raw materials (low, medium, and high doses) to observe blood pressure and heart rate, cardiac output, and coronary flow (CBF) after administration. Changes in hemodynamic parameters such as left ventricular pressure. Results The salvianolic acid B 3.2 mg·kg-1 group had antihypertensive effect on diastolic pressure (DAP) and mean arterial pressure (MAP), and had a slowing trend on heart rate (HR). Compared with the control group within 30 min after administration. The difference was significant. The high dose of salvianolic acid B significantly increased the CBF. Compared with the control group within 15 minutes after administration, the difference was significant. The high dose of salvianolic acid B significantly reduced left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) during administration. Within 15min after the difference compared with the control group. Conclusion Salvianolic acid B injection can improve the hemodynamics of anesthetized dogs and regulate the function of the heart. It has certain clinical therapeutic effects.
