重锤式弯沉仪HWD是机场道面检测中的主要设备,一般认为由于实测弯沉值的离散性、非零截距、偶然误差等因素对HWD测试方法的可靠性产生很大的影响,但对其可靠性的定量研究尚十分缺乏。基于美国FAA在国家机场道面测试中心(NAPTF)试验道面采用世界上7种不同型号主流HWD的平行试验数据,对比分析了冲击劲度模量ISM、接缝传荷能力、弯沉测试的非零截距、基层顶面反应模量4个方面的测试结果误差及成果的可靠性。分析结果表明:不同HWD设备在同一测点的ISM测试值相对误差范围为-13.7%~24.5%;接缝传荷能力测试结果的相对误差范围为19.2%~23.7%;所有设备的荷载与道面弯沉值之间存在良好的线性关系并存在一定的非零截距,但其非零截距值一般不超过3μm,而且截距值的出现与传感器采集信号的超前和滞后有关;通过不同HWD设备测试的弯沉值分析得到的基顶模量与实际基顶模量相比,测试误差范围为-33.3%~81.7%。
