《新闻界》2002第6期发表丁和根的文章《党报竞争力的多元审视》。什么是党报的竞争力?党报的竞争力怎样才能得到提高?作者认为,党报的竞争力是可以从多元视角加以审视的。从实践来说,就要结合自身条件,认真思考和处理好以下几个方面的关系。文章认为,要处理好市场性竞争和非市场竞争的关系。从党报的意识形态性和产业性的双重属性角度,党报的竞争力分为市场竞争力和非市场竞争力。就历史和现状而言,党报的竞争力主要来源于非市场性竞争。但在新形势下,党报也
