目的:通过检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子Basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)与Ⅳ型胶原(IVtypecolagen,IV-col)、层粘连蛋白(Laminin,LN)在婴幼儿血管瘤中的表达,探讨它们与血管瘤发病机理的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化法和图像分析技术,对70例婴幼儿血管瘤组织中的bFGF、IV-col和LN进行了定性和定量分析。结果:bFGF位于胞浆,胞核染色较淡;但主要位于细胞外基质,呈线网状分布。IV-col,LN主要位于小血管及增生的腺管周围,连续线状分布。三者在血管瘤组织中均呈高表达,且bFGF与IV-col、LN之间相关关系显著。结论:bFGF和细胞外基质的高表达与血管瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and IVtypecolagen (IV-col) and laminin (LN) in infantile hemangiomas and to explore their relationship with the incidence of hemangiomas Mechanism of the relationship. Methods: The bFGF, IV-col and LN in 70 infantile hemangiomas were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by SP immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results: bFGF was located in the cytoplasm, staining of the nucleus was light, but mainly located in the extracellular matrix with a reticular distribution. IV-col, LN mainly located in the small blood vessels and hyperplastic duct around the continuous linear distribution. All three showed high expression in hemangiomas, and the correlation between bFGF and IV-col and LN was significant. Conclusion: The high expression of bFGF and extracellular matrix is closely related to the occurrence and development of hemangiomas.
