随着我国农业机械化的快速发展,新型农机研发过程中对试验测试设备性能和测试软件功能的要求越来越高。在该研究领域中,机械关键部件的受力情况分析可为改善农机设计提供有效数据。为了更为迅速、准确地获得部件真实受力数据,采用基于PXI的硬件数据采集系统并配备自制的杆销测力传感器进行测试,区别于传统的测试方法。系统上位机软件使用Labview编程,实现试验数据的实时采集、处理、存储和显示(时域分析、频域分析等),并将测试试验常用和通用的功能模块编制成子VI,增强测试软件的可移植性和可扩展性。
