本文以教学督导体系建设为切入点,用供给侧结构改革理论探索高职教学督导,实现“督规范、导创新、督促导引、督导并举”转型发展的有效途径,从职业教育的课程体系结构、师资培养培训、国际化进程、信息化教学以及职业教育发展的制度建设等方面,分析了高等教育供给侧结构性改革的基本思路,探讨职业教育供给侧结构性改革的要素供给与制度供给的方法与对策,在高职教学督导理论研究方面进行了实践探索。
