以云南迪庆羊拉铜矿的尾矿料为研究对象,通过大量动力三轴试验,研究了中线法堆坝工艺所要求的不同粗粒含量尾矿砂的动力液化特性。结果表明,粗粒含量对尾矿砂的动力特性具有重要影响,粗粒含量变化与尾矿料动应变和动孔压变化特性之间存在紧密的相关性,随着粗粒含量的增加,尾矿砂动强度总体上呈增大趋势;动孔压的增长特性也具有类似规律,但三者在动应变达到5%时,其值均远小于围压。动应力对动应变影响显著,应力幅值越大,达到破坏标准的振次越少;动强度则随着固结压力增加而增大;而固结比Kc对动强度的影响不是单一的增大或减小,Kc=1.5时,其动强度比Kc=1.0,2.0的都大。试验同时表明,粒径组成粗细兼顾,级配良好的尾矿砂通常比粒径单一的粗尾砂具更好的抗液化性能,在通过提高粗粒含量来增大尾矿砂抗震性能时,还应考虑颗粒级配特性的影响。
Taking the tailings of Diqing Yangla Copper Mine in Yunnan Province as the research object, the dynamic liquefaction characteristics of the tailing sand with different coarse-grained contents required by the midline dam technology are studied by a large number of dynamic triaxial tests. The results show that the coarse particle content has an important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the tailing sand. There is a close correlation between the change of the coarse particle content and the dynamic strain of the tailings and the dynamic pore pressure. With the increase of the coarse particle content, The dynamic strength increases generally as a whole. The growth characteristics of the moving pore pressure also have a similar rule, but the three values are far less than the confining pressure when the dynamic strain reaches 5%. Dynamic stress has a significant effect on dynamic strain. The larger the stress amplitude is, the less the vibration frequency will reach the failure criterion. The dynamic strength will increase with the increase of consolidation pressure. The effect of consolidation ratio Kc on dynamic strength is not single Big or small, Kc = 1.5, its dynamic strength than Kc = 1.0,2.0 are large. At the same time, the test shows that the tailing sand with good gradation is generally better in anti-liquefaction performance than the coarse tailing sand with a single particle size. When increasing the anti-seismic performance of the tailings by increasing the coarse content, Consider the effect of particle gradation properties.
