从厦门市规划管理局传出消息,凡是在2000年5月1日前在厦门本岛已获得用地审批、但未取得建设工程许可证的商品房项目规划技术指标将进行重新确定。 凡有下列情况之一的开发建设单位,有意继续并发建设的,必须持相关批件设计图纸及项目工作进展情况的书面报告向厦门市规划管理局申报。申报期限至5月30日止。这4类商品房项目具体包括:已取得用地红线批文,但未申报单体方案的项目;已取得用地红线批文和方案批文,但未获得建设工程许可证的项目;已取得基础临时开工许可证,但未获得建设工程许可证的项目;已取得工程规划许可证,但方案要求调整的项目。
