针对复杂产品多阶段生产过程中外购系统质量特性的容差调整与修正问题,设计一类高阶因子模型处理各质量特性的质量损失数列,测算各特性对复杂产品整体质量的质量载荷;以此为基础构建复杂产品的质量容差优化模型,综合考虑质量特性的重要度及其之前质量保障程度,探求各质量特性的最优容差调整率,最大程度改善复杂产品整体质量;以某型号汽车为例,验证上述方法的有效性和实用性,为复杂产品多阶段质量容差设计工作提供了一种新的方法和思路。
